This is a quality item formed from heavy duty steel and nickel plated in the same way as they used to be and not to be confused with the lighter flimsier units on the market.  We have put this together with nickel plated screws and gently aged them in our "special sauce" and then cleaned off the aging and soldered the earth wire.

We recoment that you run this directly to the ground lug on the socket rather than to the back of one of the pots, no technical reason it is just neater and easier if you make any changes.
