If you complete and order but it shows that the payment has failed and when you check your Bank / Paypal account, it shows the transaction this means that you have initiated a payment but it has not reached us. Typically, your Bank and PayPal will see that even though you requested a payment it was not received or completed and they will reverse the transaction. If you contact us, we will check with Opayo (Sagepay) and will see the payment attempt but incomplete. This means that we do not have your funds.
There are many reasons, but some are as follows:
Security-related restrictions imposed by Credit Card / PayPal due to suspicious activity on your account or unusual transaction.
Technical glitches and errors can also cause problems with completing payments through Credit Card / PayPal.
Server downtime due to maintenance work updates can temporarily disrupt service availability during peak hours when many users are shopping online simultaneously.
Patchy internet or mobile network connectivity can lead to online shops failing to receive or process a purchase.
Anti-fraud algorithms may misinterpret an individual’s transaction as potentially fraudulent. If someone is making a purchase overseas, this may trigger a payment decline.
Unusual characters in addresses or names such as accents, umlauts, O with forward stroke etc... can cause issues.
We can send you a payment link which usually works. Please be sure to let us have your name and order number (if you have it).
You can also send payment directly to our paypal account but please contact us first so we can confirm the order number and details.
