The easiest way to generate this is to log into your account:
1. Go to your name at the top of the page
2. Order History and VIEW ORDERS
3. Select the order
4. At the bottom RETURN ITEMS
5. Check the box for the item and RETURN SELECTED ITEMS
6. Print the returns note, follow the instructions and include the note in the package

2. The order number
3. Which items you are returning
4. The reason
We can then generate a return for you which you will receive via email.
In addition to the above it is important that you mark for customs that the item is a RETURN as any Duty and / or VAT that is leavied to us will be deducted from any refund.
Please note that even if you mark as a return Customs may leavy charges. There is little we can do about this as there is no process to appeal a decision by customs.

We usually process the refunds pretty quickly but it may take your payment provider a little longer but we do our bit pronto.
Items sent back to us without a returns note may not get refunded as we don't know who returned them, what the order number is and what is the reason. There can be much time between when you first emailed us and the item is received and the email thread may be gone.
