We understand that customers may forget items that are needed and so place additional orders. We will always try to combine them and refund any excess postage but once we have printed the label we will not be able to do this.
Please note that we do not ship on Friday and your order may not ship on the day it is placed. For more information please see HERE
From 1 July 2026, the EU will remove the €150 customs duty exemption (also known as the de minimis) for low-value goods. This means that all shipments valued at €150 (£135) or less will be subject to a flat €3 (£2.75) customs duty per individual item classification. For orders over this value, duty will be collected locally as normal. Please note that this duty is non-refundable, even if items are later returned or undelivered.
Under EU rules if the description, HS tariff code and country of origin are the same then only one €3 (£2.75) duty charge is applied, however if one of these is different than another duty charge applies.
If your order has Plastic parts made in Japan and metal parts made in Japan, then only one charge will apply but if the metal parts are made in the USA, then 2 charges will apply.
All the items that we sell are described for customs purposes as "Guitar Parts" and with the same HS code, the only difference between the products is the country of origin.
To see the EU Duty charges on your order please "View Your Order" and "Estimate Shipping" you will see the total amount of Duty applied to your order.
Please note that this is an EU Government charge that is being collected by the shipping company, Royal Mail, Fedex etc and not an additional cost by us.
