I ordered the wrong item

It is very important that you follow the returns steps below so that we know who has returned and the relevant order number.  Please do not just return the item and assume that we know all the details. 

If you have ordered the wrong item and it is still in "as new" condition and you wish to get the correct item you should return the one you have by logging into your account and processing a return (if you do not have an account just email us with the details and we will generate one for you).

We do not do exchanges so you should now order the correct item.
