After a few years of R&D The Ox4 single coils are ready! They have been wound to a 1962 spec with Formvar wire and A3 or A5 magnets, crystal clean tones and perfect balance between neck middle and bridge.
Thes set we have here are with A5 magnets and are exactly as Mark says, clean and balanced but not tame they can make themselves heard. They have a depth that can be hard to find, a fuller bigger tone.
They are all would to about 6.0K as they would have been back in the day so to balance you just adjust them with the bridge pickups closer to the strings than the neck pickup with the middle somewhere in-betweem the other two.
