A perfect upgrade for your Guitar Tone Circuit these Caps are not the 225 + - 10% but the superior 715 or 716 series with either straight or bent lead-outs and will give a smoother warmer tone when replacing the standard ceramic Caps.

This is one of my favourite caps used in the Neck position with Humbuckers together with a 0.022uf in the Bridge position it gives you a perfectly balanced tone circuit.

The Neck Humbucker is quite warm already and so needs a less aggressive cap and this one gives you a very nice tone roll off.

You can use these in Strats and Teles where they give you the widest most gradual sweep on your tone control. You will get the deep tone but only when you go all the way down.
